Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
The regular shipping time takes up to 1-3 working days (+ 3 days for orders outside Romania).
Shipping may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you place your order, and item availability.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.
Returns:
You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to make a return.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all labels as well as original packaging.
To process the return, please fill out the online return form below. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging the return and covering the return costs.
Product exchanges are not available; if you need a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.

Refund policy:
